Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of primary importance to us. None of your details will ever be shared with anyone for any reason. The only exception for this is if the facilitator deems that you or someone else is in danger, then we are required by law to take action.

Typically the Life Well Balanced facilitator will take notes during a session. After a session these notes will be typed up and emailed to you. They will not be sent or shown to anyone else.
Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be given after a session is completed.

No refunds will be given for service packages after they have been used.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund (if payment was made at the time of booking). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

By engaging with Life Well Balanced as a PSYCH-K® facilitator, you acknowledge that you are holding them harmless from any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever that you might suffer as a result of your reliance on PSYCH-K® processes for engaging your mind/body’s natural self-
healing response.
You agree that you are responsible for your own life and its unfolding. As an expression of your responsibility you are seeking assistance with the beliefs that manifest your reality, but the actual manifestation of that reality is up to you.
Friend Referral Card Terms and Conditions
1. The Friend Referral card may be given by a Client who has had at least one paid PSYCH-K® session at Life Well Balanced.
2. The same Client may give any number of cards and receive any number of reduced sessions.
3. The receiver of a Friend Referral Card may only receive one card, and may only receive a reduced price session for their first PSYCH-K® session at Life Well Balanced.
4. In order to claim the two reduced price sessions (one for the giver and one for the receiver), the receiver of the card must mention when booking their session that they have the card, and who referred them. Life Well Balanced will authorise the use of the card.
5. The giver of the card's discounted session will be their first session after the receiver of the card has had their session.
